I'll, along with many others I'm sure, will play low and micro stakes DYMs during this comp if newcomers to the game want to play, so it won't cost much to play along even if you lose a bit. In the new year I have plans for a NLHE DYM gang vs PLO8 DYM gang comp, so get warmed up here!

It is totally inclusive with any level and volume accomodated and the scoring is straight forward.
Any reference by me to geldy and rules was meant in jest. Glen picked up on it and geldy did too i think. Certainly didn't take the bait anyhow.
i am sure you and tikay will set a very high standard as i expect you will both hit 100 games quickly and set a tough target for the rest of us.
Maybe once a few of the high vol players hit 100 you could start a side challenge for the best 100 game streak? It will give you all something to still compete for while players like me take a few months to hit our first 100 games?

No objections from me, as some of us will do the 100 games within a few days, certainly well under a week.

For during the initial 100 game challenge.... How's about a side challenge for the best winning streak? How's about a mark of recognition for when anybody hits, say half a dozen straight wins?
I'll certainly try my best (for patches!) from Saturday until I hit the 100 games, but I'm not always inclined to play sensibly, so 'side' events suit me fine too.
I defo didn't get the hump about Gelders being nominated to run with the rules for a NLHE vs PLO8 comp! I thought he had experience in these things when his name was brought up. I had no idea it was a joke! Now that any potential GeldyGate has been put to bed, anyone got any further ideas for achievements/goals during the Comp?
When we start on Saturday, I'll edit the first Post to make a Leaderboard, along with a wee list of any other Goals/Achievements we can think of.
