Still having issues with my selections highlighting but not being actioned so I rang sky again expecting the usual clear your browser bla bla bla.... but for a change I spoke to someone who actually listened and went out of his way to help. So thanks Matt, pat on the back for sky customer care for a change. Made a welcome change to speak to someone who wasn't reading his replies off a sheet and was able to use his own initiative...... long may it continue
