Can anyone help me? I keep getting this message -

Sorry, there has been a problem with your game. You’ll need to reload the table to continue playing.

Have tried laptop and ipad on firefox/chrome/safari

    Hi Mrsduck,

Do you have a screenshot of the error?

Can I also just check you don't have any parental controls/ child lock on?

Don't know how to do a screenshot! Just tries loading a table with the circle spinning around and around! After a min that message pops up with reload or close options. Reload just makes it happen again.
Shouldn't be parental controls! Only I use it, and was Ok last night. It's on both ipad and laptop so maybe it's my internet? Every other website ok though..?
    Cheers Sam!

The only thing I can put it down to is something to do with your Internet Service Provider.

I have checked at our end and we seeing no errors with table launch across the board.

ISP is Virgin. Don't worry, I'll try later!

Please let me know how you get on,

It is worth noting we did see a small issue with Virgin based around parental controls as alredy mentioned.

Yes it was Virgin! A message popped up asking me about kids and the dangers of the internet and if I thought I was safe!!
Did you see this issue with Virgin in general...or just my case?! lol

    Good to hear,

We have had a couple of instances of this recently so I thought that might be the case.

We will try and spread the word further about this potential issue. Thank you for the feedback on this.
