Help loading tables

Last 2 days for some reason i cant load tables once registered.  I just get the spinning jobbie and doesnt load. Customer Care couldnt come up with a solution.

I am a total dead head when it comes to computers so any advice would be great.

Internet connection is fine and same thing happens on download client or loaded via browser.

    try loading via the browser using firefox.
    i use BT & this week & download, microsoft browser and google browser all had problems, but firefox worked!
    if you haven't used firefox don't worry - just google it and download - all pretty simple to use.
