My friend is thinking about coming over to sky poker after only hearing good things from me, but neither of us can understand the bonuses of 200%, could someone please explain.

It's released in £10 lumps, so for every 250 points you rack up, they release £10, if you deposited at the very start, when signing up and not after. This goes on for 28 or 30 days. You'll also get £2.50 for every 250 points, so its really £12.50 back for every 250 points you get.
