I don't KNOW what this means, (nobody does until after events!) but my GUT INSTINCT says that the spirit of Sky Poker will be a thing of the past and the SPT will have run for the last time (but I hope to be proved wrong). Thoughts anyone?

Sky will still own 20% but the new majority owners will surely call the shots.

Watch this space seems order of the day.

all i know is that private equity owners are very cost and profit conscious. They will also have a clear plan of what they are hoping to achieve.  ie the land or house question.
could lead to major changes to skypoker maybe negative maybe positive.  Fingers crossed.

Meanwhile sympathies to all the skypoker related staff whose careers may now be taking an uncertain turn.

I guess times of uncertainty for all the employees - not nice at all at any time, but especially at this time of year. Hope all works out fine.
