i won a satelite but not able to play on sunday now can i cancel registration nd get refunded the money . i won this from another satelite

    I think you cannot I am afraid, You could ask CC if they will let you change it to another date that you can make.

    not going to help this time, but in future buy into the target tournament and you will be awarded the cash, then if summat comes up you can just dereg and take the money.

    but for now throw yourself at the mercy of customer services
