Just a week to go to Chrimbo Eve and do you hear what I hear? Yes, it’s the sound of Tikay whinging about Christmas.

 

Tough though, coz he’s got to do five hours with me tonight talking all things festive.

Paul’s one of the organisers of The British Poker Awards and on the show he’ll be giving us all the inside gossip and his tips for success in February’s glittering ceremony.

 

Amongst the nominees is Sky Poker for Best Site, Tikay and Sam Grafton for Poker Personality of the Year, The UKPC for Best British Tournament and Neil Channing for Best Social Media User.

Meanwhile, all night we want YOUR input on who you think should win.

For example, Nittiest Sky Poker player, Best dressed Sky Poker player, Best newcomer of the year, Biggest bubble merchant

Etc. etc. Whatever award you want to make up!

 

Everyone who gets read out will go in the hat from which we’ll draw Turbo Open seats at the end of the night.

    Err, yes.

    I had to read those nominations several times in case I was seeing things.

    It's so bad I'm embarrassed about it, but it'd be rude to say to the Sponsors "remove my name".

    If we are talking about best/worst dressed then Orford has to be in the mix for his black shiny stripey shirt combo from last week & Jarvs skiing jumper from tuesdays show. 

    I will let you decide which I am classing as the best & which as the worst......

    We played a Poker Tournie afterwards & Neil's Pretty Photographer took loads of Photos of us all.
    Wonder if she still got em?

    Had a Massive Drink with Nutz Poker League Owners &  Event Prize winners after as well, Good Lads!!

    Cromwell Mint Hotel?? I think.


    The Year after, or after that, I got free invite to the event at Fox Poker Club Opening, but Event got cancelled i believe!

    Yup, met her again at SPT Stratford, few years after, & Poker in The Park

    At those first awards, Me & Barry took loads of Photos with her, on her Camera too, we were having a rite Laff, she good girl!

    We got some great shots, you will have to ask her if she remembers, French Girl i think?

    Richard, are you sure you've got the best photo of Mr Seaton?

    If you put "Paul Seaton" into google and look for images, the first one of those is far superior to the one you're using.

    Can you ask Paul whether he thinks North Atlantic cod stocks are sustainable at the current level of fishing? Clearly his is an influential voice in the industry.
