Obviously I just ran into a big hand here and wouldn't expect it to play any differently
Just a little thought I had though, would I have been better 3betting rather than shoving (I am never folding, if he 4bets then I shove anyway)
Am I however chasing away hands i beat, or will I get called/jammed here with most pocket pairs Ax etc given that we are short handed?
Is shoving here more likely to get action (ie does 3betting look stronger)?

Really interested to hear some thoughts, need to keep learning.

How would you play 99 or AJs in this exact spot?

good point, given the same situation I am probably jamming them, so I want to keep my jamming range balanced?

    makes sense

    Pretty much Jimi.

If there was a dynamic/history with the villain, whereby a small 3bet (maybe just a clickback) might induce a complete 4bet spew shove then I think that's a viable option as well.

Otherwise, jamming is good. Looks weaker, gonna get looked up by so much that we crush. Just pretty unlucky to run into the top of villains range blind in blind.

Was it a BH out of interest?
