I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Sky Customer Services.

I had a combination of technical issue and not looking closely enough at my table this morning......won't go into details....

But as the title suggests Sky dealt with it brilliantly and I would like to publicly thank Customer Services

They were really not obligated to do anything, but they did and that is one of the reasons I play virtually all my poker on this site.

    Good to hear. Never used them for Sky Poker specifically but have used them for Bet, and they were terrific.
    Although that's possibly because I'm a massive Bet whale...
