Good afternoon Mr Orford, Mr Mahrenholz and Mrs Barauskite.
My highlight so far this year is asking Mr Channing to play the £2.20 @2.20 deepstack, and he has agreed to play when he has  a spare afternoon.
Would also consider it a great honour if Mr Mahenholz and the beautiful Mrs Barauskite could spare the time to participate in the £2.20 @2.20 deepstack.
    All the best
    Rainman397.

Two highlights so far this year!
    1. Being "headhunted" to join the delightful Outlaws team :)
    2. Beating the delightful FlashFlush heads up in a £22BH on friday (for £200+ my biggest cash for ages) :)

    Have a great show!
If I win a tuesday turbo ticket, please give it to Rainman397, or another Outlaw, as I work Tuesday nights.
    Thanks!
    Ducky

    Highlight of 2015?

My work's Christmas night out in early December ending up in a casino where I ran into a (very drunk) friend of mine who was doing a fantastic job of losing most of the money he had sat down at the £1/£2 cash table with. I told him to stand before he lost the rest of it. Annoyed, he gave me the £40 of chips he had left and told me to 'do better'. I didn't really fancy playing, but I sat with his money and spun it into £250...

...at which point I hit upon the fantastic idea of attempting to take advantage of the Christmas drinking culture and maybe win a few quid along the way. I keep the coffee flowing while they sink the alcohol. It's also fair to say that the standard of live play is comparatively very poor.

I've gone there every Friday/Saturday night since and (completely unexpectedly) made more money doing so than in my day job, so the highlight of 2015 is realising that I'm not out of my depth at the live cash tables... and making some nice pocket money too ;)

So lets ask the experts, by the way do we include you now Rich?

Heads uo final table of last wednesdays Mini hand 861864862
Was I right, wrong , too close to call. I did it fairly quickly at the time, but afterwards decided I was wrong maybe.

I reaoned he would not be going in with a premium hand and so I was probably ahead, so I called.
Afterwards I decided I was not ahead by much against almost any hand he could have, and therefore I should fold as the gap theory states I should have a much better hand to call with than to go all in with, and as his range could include better hands I should fold. Your thoughts?

Hi Rich, Karl & the gorgeous Daiva.

I usually watch the show due to Rich Orfords Charismatic delivery of poker terminology, his in depth hand analysis & his extremely competent guests......however..........

Daiva is on the show tonight, so unfortunately anything Rich & Guests have to say will seam incomprehensible due to my inability to hear anything other than what Daiva has to say. :)

Highlight of the year so far........
Finishing 2nd last night in the 12K Bounty Hunter for just over 900 quid (Slightly better than Rich did in his final table efforts. (but that being said...i've never won a side event or the £2.20 deepstack)

    Question For Daiva....
in 2010 you mentioned a Heads-Up challenge v's Tony G....Did this ever happen & if so what was the outcome?

    Have a great show guys

    highlight of 2015,

    sats

2 of the last 3 MTT main events have seen me get past the bubble having qualified for the event through a sat and today could be my 4th.

doing direct entry can cause concerns on exiting when a chip stack is short, but when i gain entry via the sats, I am able put full focus on my actual poker game.

another high is how much use the chris moorman book is at helping me with my MTTs.

Apart from Tikay's reaction to Richard getting 3rd in a main event.

My own poker highlights for the year are:

    1. Doubling my Bankroll since 1/1/15 (yes it was low to start with!)

    2. Making the FT in my first attempt at the FOSP PLO8 Thursday night tournament and seeing plenty of new players trying the format.

Hoping for some bigger and better claims before the end of the year - but you did say no matter how small.

    Have to correct you.

There have been TWO winners of the Final Table Jackpot this year.

Conor (bearlyther) Gilmore and not to forget Chris (rspca12) Cunliffe

    Highlight

Withdrawing a few hundred quid to spend on the family and me.

It is good building a bank roll but important to enjoy winnings every now and then :)

Ryan Spittles had a great start and was leading, early on but has now dropped out the top 30 over all, hence no mention of him on the 2015 Leader Board.

    Cheers Graham
