unable to play but still being charged

Hi, I have registered for 2 games this evening and it has took the money but stating communication error, reload table. The first game was at 18:00 hours a £200 bounty costing me £2.30, I never got the tour reference number. The second game is Ref:10445365 that was at 19:15 hours. I don't understand as there is no problem at this end with my connection. Can you please advise me of how I get my money refunded to me as
