I turn on the show and within 30 seconds, Ross is asking me to confirm about poker players lack of common sense.

Yes, yes i am really thick.  Slightly above average at cards tho.

And I jinxed myself when I said to Jules that I've won every day this year.  Downhill since then!

Re live play, does Ross think that any of the common tells from online poker (timimg, click backs)can be used for the live game?

    Evening Jules & Ross,

Question for Ross. (The UNDER-RAISE in MTT B/H etc)

If you are 1st to act (utg) and short-stack is utg+1 with 3BB,
if you min raise and short-stack goes all-in,
Can any following player re-open the betting, or can they only call?

I have a question about playing live.  I have only played live about 8 or 9 times and cashed in 4 of them.  I get nervous about dealing.  At home I play in my PJs and slippers, do you think if I went to the casino in my PJs I may put people off their game as it is not a pretty sight and I may feel more comfortable and less nervous about dealing.

Hello Jules and Ross my super power would be to turn into a 9 foot 1 ton green giant and when ever I lost a hand I could politely ask my opponent if they would like to give me my chips back or would they like to be turned into a knot. While I was at it I would look for anyone who found Lord of the Rings boring and do the same to them. Great show as always cheers Chris aka Doylebrun.

I've had a think about the superpower I'd choose, given the aforementioned shortcomings of X-ray vision.

I'd have the superpower to talk to pretty girls.

"How does that relate to poker?" you might be thinking - Good question...

    ...I'll get back to you.

Hi, a live question for you, I'm off to aspers tomorrow for the £13 afternoon tourney, first time at aspers but winning around locals, checked the previous results and 1st -8th is always the regulars, going to try and break the mould, what would be your top tip for the psychological side of things when your in a large tournement, mid game, and you notice your now facing the regulars and being a lonesome new player can have a psychological effect that creates negative impact on your game and except for silently meditating I'm keen to know what your advice would be here. thanks!

Ok I am strange but explain why? After a few years of online play mainly cash, i played a few home games for pennies seriously only pennies. I then gor talked into a tournament at DTD. I was nervous but came 10th and cashed. Some friends wanted to play in a pub league and take me along. I was nervous again as I expected to win and would they accept me. They were ok and friendly despite me winning the league. I am now comfortable playing live tournaments, but other than for pennies I still have not played at a casino etc. for cash. why?

In the UKPC, talking about string bets, I picked up 3 BB's in chips on the button. I moved the 3 chips (1500  at the time) in the air across the line and let the chips fall. They did not fall all together as the last  one stuck slightly to my fingers, the dealer said that as they did not fall all together it was a call. Your view?
