Cash for points

I've never really checked whether my £££ for points has beeen added to my account but I was away until 31st Jan so I noticed that my account should be an exact amount when the ££ was added. It is the same as it was. When should the money be added? Did a search and it looks like this has happened before.

Come to Daddy £1.73 where have you been..... got that 60p dym challenge to start and need that money for good bank roll management, nearly 3 shots ;.))
