Tokens for new sign ups

Hi everyone

I signed up today after a friend recommended the site as a good place to learn . If anyone can help i have a couple questions about the free sign up tokens.

1. On the sign up page it says free £20 , but you only get £11 ?
2. I played a £3.30 DYM and my £11 went down to £6.60 , so £3.30 actually cost £4.40 in tokens?
3 I then played a £5.50 DYM and that took my remaining £6.60 tokens to £0.00?

Slightly confused by how this works , and tried live chat but just keeps opening a blank screen.
If anyone can help that would be great

    Hi,

    Just to point out the home page of the site says £10 free but its actually £11 because it pays the tournament rake fee.

    It also points out in the description that the free £10 is actually tokens of the following:

    2 x £2.20 tokens
    2 x £3.30 tokens.

    And it does also state that no change is given on the tokens should they be used.

    Not sure why live chat isn't working for you though.
