Double Points Promotion - getting fed rubbish by sky

So there is a double points promotion on and I've played a number of 30p DYM's and 50p HU's.  I still got one point for these.  I live chatted Sky to question this and they have told me that the 30p DYM's and 50p HU's actually award 1/2 a poker point and that they were rounded up to 1 point, therefore not being doubled up to 2 points as they have been doubled up to 1 point.

I've never seen this written ANYWHERE and I'm really annoyed.  Seems like a scam that they've just made up.

Can anyone confirm this or show me where it's written please?

    4. There is no preferred type of Sit & Go game to earn the boosted points, all types of these games apply. Heads Up Cash Poker will not be eligible for the double points boost. All other Cash tables are included.

    NO PREFFERED - i.e all of them!

    Lifetime double points on 0.30 DYM's? That doesn't sound to bad.

    You should be informed somehow of your expectations though. They could have made it a lot clearer. Don't think it is the end of the world though. They will learn from this.

    Hi Bollards,

    Thanks for getting in touch with customer care and apologies for this.

    Whilst the response was technically correct (£0.05 rake games already receive double points by default as we round up) - these games should have been doubled to 2 points per game in this promo, hence it was not stated in the t's and c's

    this was an admin error which should now be rectified, all these games should now pay out 2 points per game for the rest of the weekend.

    I'm afraid we do not have the ability to manually credit any points owed to count towards your rewards, we'll ensure this doesn't happen again in future weekends

    They learn't and sent me a nice email about the issue and I'm very happy now.
