HELP!!! Info needed

hi any help would be appreciated.

Earlier I went into a £12 satellite to gain entry to the £55 seat £3500 bounty hunters do won but now it looks like I might not get chance to play in it (work called) anyway I was wondering what happens if I cancel my registration?

Would I get my initial £12 back from the satellite or the £55 entry that I won or perhaps nothing?

Nothing you get no refund contact customer services they might help you

Don't cancel your registration.

Contact CC and I'm sure they'll be able to arrange for you to play it on a different night

Tried to contact them but call centre is offline due to an "emergency situation"
