Strange Hand??

could some one at Sky look at this hand ? It would not let me go all in or a bigger raise just a very odd amount?

    Not being able to see the hand I'd guess that there had been an all-in under-raise that limited your next action to either CALL or FOLD (?)

    But the villain had a stack of 3200 and me a stack of 5000
    He raised on the river to a 1000 with a pot of 350 I wanted
    To shuv and it would only let me put in 1300 ? He folded ... I will

    Sorry I'm properly not seeing something obvious to a experienced
    Player and the paste isn't great as I'm trying to do it on a phone ! ....
