Evening all,

I am back from the tropics, and joining Karl tonight for your Sunday edition of SkyPoker. We'll be taking a look at Thursday Sky Sports Bounty Hunter final table, action from tonight's Main Event; The 12k Super Roller as well as possibly some MasterCash....

Whilst away I did a photoshoot for a chap called Paul Casey and knowing nothing at all about golf I asked him how it compared to poker...
Professional golfers travel to numerous tournaments every year, if they don't win they still have expenses to pick up, the look for sponsership, it's a mental game, they need to not tilt and throw their gold club... I actually said stick at the time :(  ........

So with this in mind our topic of the night is:

'What are the similarities between your favourite sport and poker?........

Seats to be given away are for the Turbo Open on Tuesday for our best entries

    Hi Anna and Karl looking forward to a great show as i love Karls Analysis tekkers!!!

    The main similarities between my favourite sport football but more imoportantly my beloved Aston Villa and my poker is that we both always lose.

    Poker is like my favourite sport, triathlon. Certainly when I do it.

    Mine starts with a belly FLOP into a RIVER. This usually gets everone watching to DOUBLE-UP.

    And after a few TRIPS on the run, it usually ends up with me LIMPing down the home STRAIGHT.

    my sport of choice is rugby league and the only link i can think off is hitting each other with big hands

    Hi Anna and ya buddie

    One of my fav sports is Tiddly winks.

    Just like Poker, keep putting them winks in the pot and nothing comes out, that is until a big fish comes along and knocks it over (Does happen, I have some really active fish!!)). LOL (Is LOL still accepted, it feels so yesterday?)

    My favourite sport is Athletics.

    Like poker, the sport is made up of a number of different disciplines, it can be a marathon or a sprint, and you get to take a shot while avoiding all the hurdles.

    Evening all.  Enjoying the show so far.  Happy birthday to the show and to both my girls, the oldest of which turned 8 just last month.

    Poker is like my favourite sport, wrestling.  Both are misunderstood by the general public.  In both you have to fool others to succeed and some people wrongly think that both are fixed!

    I have taken to giving out signed photos of myself whenever I knock someone out of a live event.  Makes them feel a bit better :)

    On my eighth birthday I had a party at my house. We had balloons and cake; the usual stuff. All the kids from my class were invited, plus a few others, so well over thirty...

    ...Two people showed up.

    My Dad took the three of us to McDonalds and an arcade to make the best of it. I haven't had a birthday party since.

    True story. Other people find it funny, so I thought I'd share.

    Funny ish story could of be so differnt xmas day 4 years  ago  we had all opened our prezzies and then sat down for out xmas dinner after dinner was finished I went back in to the living room to find my LARGE bar of toborone and My terry orange chocolate GONE ! Looked at my dog there he was COVERED IN FOIl and a massive pile of sick FULL of MY chocolate ! Lucky he was fine But while we was eating our dinner he must of thought stuff you Im having your chocolate haha :D Even thou Every year He has a xmas dinner with us Hes one lucky dog !
