final table with a big hand and it was void

i was on a final table just now i had jj then it said hand void and reload to a new hand what s going on sky??

    We have a thread about this in feedback, seems to be increasingly more common, so far no feedback from Sky :(

    Yep this is happening a lot on all formats, everyone loses connection for a couple of seconds then a new hand is dealt ,previous hand voided?

    so frustratinghad 3 or 4 stacks at shuving range could of made big diference i think i went out in 5th
