up your game problems with registration shambles

this is a complete joke ive earned more than 50% more points than I did last month and its not letting me in been on phone for 30mins and still got nowhere they say ill be sent a email later as their trying to sort out the problem did not think it would cost me a price of a phone call to enter a freeroll once again a shambles from sky

    Yes, being in freerolls worth 60k is a complete shambles, shame on Sky.

    I cannot get in either, and have had email saying I earned enough for the 10k and 20k ? also trying to get through to cc..

    Same problem, I have spoken to CC who said they would sort it out and register me manually but it hasn't been done yet.

      I have regged foe all 3, no probs (just saying).

      CC will sort you all out, that is what they are there for I suppose.

    I am sorry we are experiencing some issues with the tournament, the poker team are currently looking into this.

    So hopefully will be sorted soon..

    Just reading all these posts makes me laugh. SKY run a good promo which gives any level of player the chance of winning some free cash. promos finishes and within hours of registration opening all panic breaks loose and people feel the need to derogatory about the site and moan like they have been robbed! Just incase im miss reading something arent these games at least 5-19 days away?? so tons of time to get things sorted. Seems to me as a majority its the people that have spent i minor amount with the site that suddenly come out of the woodwork trying to jump on to there opportunity of a freebie.
    Only my point of view just felt the need to voice it.
