Racism in the Chat Box

had a problem about racist and child sex comments aimed at me:
  • it only took about 5 mins for it to be investigated after a complaint via the "live chat" facility
  • the person disappeared from the table very quickly
  • Very pleased with this

A bit dissapointed by:
  • would not tell me what long term action would be taken
  • no appology

I think that reminders about behavior shoud be discussed on the TV channel
