    Hi Dr,

Yes, they read all of the comments & Posts in here.

Nobody is charged with the responsibility to reply to them though, it's a volume business, it's just not cost-effective or practical to reply to every post, but they do read every post.

Please could you draw someone's attention to the thread about "cash hand voided on flop" Tikay? I feel this is a serious software problem and should be treated as such, and we've yet to have any reply. It's happened a number of times to me in BH MTTs so I feel it must have been an issue for many.
I would be really grateful if you could pass this on.
    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Mrs Duck,

    Yes, I'll send it upstairs.

I know several other perople have e-Mailed it to Sky Poker already, so I'm sure they are aware of the reported issue.

It has always been the case that the Business cannot reply to individual complaints on the Community, that has always been their position. Customer Care is the preferred route for such matters.

I do understand your angst - it annoys me intensely when people don't have the good manners to reply to me - but in a volume business, it's just not possible to respond personally to every complaint.

    Hi Dr,

    Thank you.

No, not a waste of time posting here at all. As I said, they DO read every post.

I can't give you a specific "contact" because different issues are the responsibility of different individuals & "teams", or "tribes" up in HQ, & they don't overlap, but everything posted in "Feedback" finds it's way to the right person up there.

We ALL want the site to be as good as possible - Management, Staff, Customers. The Team in Leeds have tremendous passion & drive for making Sky Poker better, & the recent record breaking numbers on Sky Poker seem to suggest they are on the right road, especially at a time when almost every other comparable site are facing declining numbers.

I often wonder what they must think when they see, daily, Posts which suggest Sky Poker is "rigged" & the Staff don't know what they are doing. The Staff are not permitted to reply to these outrageous slurs on their name, so it's a low-blow to, effectively, defame people who cannot defend themselves.

Anyway, thank you for understanding, & keep up the good work.

Oh, & RunGood at the tables, right?

Thank for getting in touch Tikay yea I must appoligise for letting myself down before for having a blow out about poker on sky I wasn't making out it was rigged just pure frustration and I agree the guys behind the scenes don't get enough credit it be good to have one of these guys on the cutting edge of development on the show one night for an hour to have their say and tell us of some plans on going forward and even say about how it can demorilise his team when people m,ake such slurs im all for sky and their software due to fact you know guys cant use programs I just wish I had access to more of my hands as I find it essential to improve play and find myself going to other sites to have an overlook of my play. Keep up the good work

I agree it is not practical for sky to reply to every post, but perhaps they could create a section for sky to answer bulk questions, complaints from its loyal customers.....we deserve better than silence

    Hi joynt,

They already have that facility, in effect - Customer Care.

To have Customer Care, AND answer all the questions here, too, is just duplicating the amount of resource needed.

It's wrong to suggest "silence", CC answer all (reasonable) queries - that is their function.

im not sure I actually believe this, if sky have people to read every post then why no reply to their customers ??
fruitless task reading EVERY post just for the sake of it.
if it doesn't sound right its usually not true, in this case not true
sky do not read every post

Of course they read every post, the fact that Tikay says they do puts them in very awkward position legally if they dont.

Lets say I post a link in the Sky forums to something illegal , piracy of films to D/L for free, how to break into the queens house /  make a bomb , nasty type of stuff.

The internet police spot illegal activity from within Skypoker forums, Skypoker Say 'sorry, we didnt realise this illegal group was planning stuff in our forums'........not got a leg to stand on, Tikay said they read all.......

Aside from that , Skypoker monitoring their forums is crucial to their business.

Also they have 2 x  A4 pieces of paper .

People who have  nice things to say           V          People who say nasty things to say

The RNG department have been known to get their hands on these sheets of paper from time to time....(i am joking)

I have noticed tikay speaks on skys behalf a lot on these forums, I take it he works for sky or is a representative of the company to speak with the knowledge he appears  to have

I did not know sky kept 2 a4 pieces of paper with the goodies and the baddies on , how very sad, no wonder they don't have time to reply to their customers messing around with their 2 sheets of paper lol

If you don't wish to believe me, fine, I can't really assist further, sorry.

I stated a fact which is true.

I also ensure that anything posted that really MUST be seen by them is sent up to them - I send stuff up daily. The various department heads all read all Posts relevant to them.

They don't reply to them all? Correct. That's why they run Customer Care, that's their role. It's a volume business, Sky Poker alone (not including Vegas, Casino, Bet, Bingo etc) has tens of thousands of "unique" (unique = different people) on Site every single week. Tens of thousands. Every week. Fact. That excludes Bet, Bingo, Casino, Vegas. In a business of that size, it's not possible, reasonable or practical to answer every question. That's why they have FAQ & Customer Care which is contactable via 2 or 3 different means. And if someone has a special issue on the Community, it will get seen & read, or you can write to Sky Poker, & it will get read.

It's also worth factoring in something else - your last 15 (fifteen) Posts have all been critical of Sky Poker, & very often quite rude & improper. All things considered, it's not reasonable to expect them to answer every question in such circumstances. I reply on occasion but my replies are always polite.

As you choose to not believe me - which is fine of course - there's not a lot of point in me replying further.

Good luck at the tables, wherever you play.
