PM fault?

I received a PM 2day and went to reply.  I got a pop saying:

Toolbar Set "dyanamic toolbar" doesn't exist.

This also occurs when i try and send a message as well as replying.

    this sounds like an issue with your browser. which browser are you using? try downloading firefox (google it - it's free)

    try accessing the the private messaging area with another browser and let me know how it goes?
