Villian has been fairly tight but only been sat with him a short amount of time, what do u guys make of my call and play all around? i think once he shoves over me its pretty clear he has a Q or maybe even an over pair, but with second pair and a flush draw is this a call i should be making?

    Yeah standard.

It might be different deeper, but we've opened off barely 15xBB (which is fine) and flopped the world. You're getting more than 2to1 on a call now so we need a little under 33% equity and we have that if only our flush outs are live, but against a hand like this; TPTK, we got out 9 flush outs, + 2 more tens + 3 more nines, so 15 outs. We're pretty much flipping against his hand but getting 2to1 on it.

That's not to mention the times he has KJ/J9 or a bare FD so we don't actually need to improve and our equity is even better

pair and flush draw is massive equity wise. If we aren't calling a shove we shouldn't bet flop.

Jam or fold pre if you are worried about what to do on flops this shallow.

As played its obv a call although im not totally loving life

As played, fine by me (not that counts for much haha).

I would say though, if you have only been sat at the table a short while, maybe just fold pre. raising from a 15bb stack with suited conns, what happens if you completely miss the flop? if you cbet the same amount (as played) with air and get jammed on you have to fold and leave yourself just under 12bb.

Congrats on the FT though. wp

Raising T9s is completely fine/standard especially if you are up against villains that are just flatting AQo. We have a ton of fold equity pre-flop and sure we will have to c-bet/fold some of the time but often we can c-bet and take it down. Post is ofc fine
