getting donked out to many times

i know you should only have a percentage of your good hands and made hands beaten some times but  for me this is every  time and if I get the nuts I am only sharing the pot 
what is the percentage of your made hands being beaten because so far for me its about 95 %
thanks for anyones coments on this subject

    I don't believe any of this is true, and you obviously have a very small sample if it is.
