3 way all in - A 6000 chips B 3000 chips C 1000 chips. A & B chop pot knocking out C. Who gets the bounty?

The player with the most chips always gets the bounty

As Craig said, it goes to the bigger of the two stacks. If played A and B both had exactly 2000 chips then it's random who gets it.
