    Hi CHILLIE,

First of all, congrats on earning 10k points, and welcome to Priority... (Almost... you won't be officially upgraded until the 1st!).

A report runs each month totalling the amount of rake paid by each player, which allows us to calculate your rakeback.

It's quite hard to work out by yourself, as you earn a different amount of points for playing cash and tournaments. In addition, there's been a couple of promotions in which you earn extra points, which are great to get you to the target, but complicate attempts at working out rakeback!

Unfortunately, we're about 2 days behind with rake data at the moment, but if you'd like to know how much rakeback you were due as of midnight on the 26th, drop an email to priority@sky.com, and someone from the team will let you know!

Also, we guarantee to pay you 2p per point, so you're never going to be worse off.

    All the best,
    JP.
