    Looks like a typo, will get a much more suited response if you go on live chat and speak with them.  Over using ! Will only result in less sympathy.

    Honestly, speak with customer care, they are great and are the only ones who can help.

    There was an error in pay-out with this particualr satellite and in this case we shall credit you the additional £19.80 to add up to the total £33 value of the seat.
