Auto Add on button/tickbox for rebuys

lost count of how many times i've missed the add on because there is no auto add on option. VERY tilting. Cant be hard to implement.

    i'd estimate I miss it 15% of the time... and thats only because I have skype groups that try and remind me/others. The fact that people feel the need to remind their friends "ADD ON MAIN" and "ADD ON MINI" shows that its a problem.

    Sky and the other players miss out too - sky miss out on the rake of every missed add on, and other players miss out on a larger prize pool

    Ha, poor old Sam. He's been busy with his crown green bowling recently. He has trophies for it, you know.

    I'll send him an ever so gentle reminder.

    Please sort this out, Its very difficult to keep track when your playing a lot if tables. I don't insta-rebuy at the start for 2000 chips just to miss the add on for 4000 chips at the same price :/
