Site percentage uptime is really taking a hit with all these maitenance outages. Doesn't sky run parallel servers (or even groups of servers) so they can take one out at a time and keep the site live? If not it's a pretty poor show from a business this size in this day and age.

tbf 3 hrs downtime ain't too bad considering Sky Kirsty & Sky JP have gotta shuffle all the cards by hand and put them back in the server before 8am

We cut it fine, but we just about manage it each time. Overtime for working nights? No-sir-ee!
