table not loading

Hi, i have just joined two turbo DYM tournaments and neither table would load. Both games have now finished and i have lost £11 without having played, can i get a refund?

    Hello Both,

    Sky Poker experienced an unexpected outage yesterday between 1am - 3am. We apologise for any inconvience this has caused, if you believe you are due a refund get in contact with the Customer Care team who will be more than happy to look into this for you.

    Funny that coz l spoke to cust serv about issues over tables not loading over last 2 days.was told unless l had screen shot,they will do nothing :/

    The client has been dodgy for the past 24 hours. Failing to load at all/Not loading tables/Huge lag spikes/Mass amount of people timing out simulataneously. Sucks that its happening during double points days and seemingly not going noticed/rectified.

    I have been having the exact same problem over the last few days and was told its a problem on my end. However I have just spoken to my brother and today he has the same problem. Obviously something has been going wrong with the software and needs to be sorted out. Please can we get this fixed.

    I was playing in the £1000 FR 1st it got really slow then kicked me off and it would not reload I know my computer is out of the Ark but has anyone else had problems this evening or was it just me. Tried to get back on several times no joy.

    i have been having the same problem also yesterday in the turbo open took 30 mins for table to load and previous few days i keep timing out, i do not have a great enet connection it does breifly cut out  occasionally but this is a differrant problem as yesterday i could load and play youtube fine while at the same my sky would not load and tonight the lobby would not even load on sky which i am glad of as if it's a technical problem with sky least it never cost me money tonight
