Sound please

ive had to reinstall Sky
I'm now not getting any sound.
I tried the options on the tables and can't see what's wrong

Anyone help?

    Take your ear plugs out or..
    turn the sound up or...
    reinstall

    Thank you for all the constructive advice on this.
    I ended up having to get really technical with it.
    I turned it off and then turned it back on again.
    All is now well
