Intermittent Download Client issues

Hi All,

We have this afternoon put a fix in place for the intermittent issues that some people have been experiencing with the Download Client.

Could you please feedback on here if you do have a repeat of any issues that you have been experiencing over the past few nights.

    not loaded any tables as of yet but it has come straight on without trying 5,6,7,8 times thx skysam hope its finally fixed

    Fingers Crossed, I have so far opened the D/Client & viewed 1 table..........so it's looking positive.

    I will let you know how I get on when multi-tabling later tonight.

    a recurring issue i have found is that when i open up 16 or more tables the client often crashes, (usually evry 3 hours or so whilst this number of tables are open). a box pops up saying 'sky poker has stopped working..', will this problem be sorted under the new fix?

      Logged on 1st attempt, opened 5 tables 1st attempt.  Looks like phantom fixed it ..... Good work.

    Been 3 Tabling all night, no issues so far..........

    although I have seen 1 or 2 dodgy calls, but hopefully this is unrelated :)

    Whilst youre after feedback on the subject of issues with the download, can you please fix the error that's been around for aaaaaaaaaages now and a separate issue from the current problems you've been having - the dreaded gateway error!!! Its been raised in the past and nothings been done about it.  Sometimes you get a pre warning when its going to happen and the little gateway error box pops up where you have around 30 seconds before all your tables turn white, freeze  and the download and tables all close in the middle of hands, other times the tables just turn white and the download closes. For the regs who multi table cash, it ends up costing a fair bit when its happenin every few hours in the middle of pots.

    Im sure DTM must be sick of this problem with the hours and tables he has on the go.

    Would be nice to hear something about this for once.

    Think I had this issue when only playing 4 or 5 tables lol. Since then I stopped using DL again and went back to browser.
