Emails from sky

I don't receive emails from this site.  The email address is correct and its marked to allow emails.

It is not going into spam.

I have contacte support who said that I should be receiving them.

Any ideas?

    Who's your email provider and how do you collect your email?
    Do you use a web client or do you have a local client (such as Outlook Express or Thunderbird)?
    Are you confident you don't have two levels of SPAM filtering? Some providers allow you do optionally enable/disable at 'their end' before the emails are passed on to you (where you could have a seperate SPAM filter)

    im priority and have never recieved a single E-mail even though I have pressed the option in the my account section a million times.

    I was just thinking the same, I read Kirstys post about the premier league team promo (I hadn't had notification of which team I have been allocated), and it states if you are opted in, but I am unsure how to do this.

    I have actually received emails from Sky (recent UKPC as an example) so I don't think its a block at my end.

    You don't wat them.

    Used to be one a week now it's mental and is 2 a day :(

    I get them sporadically. Mostly only prio ones though I think.

    Please can everyone check that they're set to contactable?

    I can see that a few of you aren't.

    If you're unsure with this, drop me/contact centre an email, and it will be sorted.
