Sky Premiership Error

Hi Kirsty, or whoever from sky can help.

My account is in euro so instead of getting a free bet of £5 I was only given 5 euro.

Same with the token I only got 5 euro 50 cent instead of £5.50.

Can this be corrected by any chance?

    Ah here now, I buy in to a £3.30 game which is 4euro 87 cent and it takes my 5 euro 50 cent token???

    So I should be due whatever the equivalent of £2.20 is in euro.

    On a serious note though it would be nice to fix the currency thing.

    I dont think its right to be gaining less than everyone else just because my account is in euro.

    Hopefully the beautiful Kirsty will agree.

    yeah the currency thing sucks.

    dunno if they can/will do anything about it though, I didn't even know u could have other currencies

    Oh incase Sky Dan is the one looking at this.....your beautiful too Dan ...lol

    It would be much easier to just give us the cash.....cause lets be honest nobody is just gonna grab the money and run, everyone is gonna use it to buy in.

    The tokens are fine to use if they worked properly, you should have a choice when buying in to use a token or your bankroll.

    I chose to pay rake to take part in a promotion, we have every right to expect the promotion to pay out

    Oh ok so to use Stokefc logic, they promise £5.50 token but its fine if they just give us £1 or 1 penny cause its something for nothing....not buying that!

    Im a huge fan of Sky and I know they want to do things right , I think the feedback on this promo is justified to improve things and not just a moan. Some people (not all) seem to be unable to distinguish between constructive feedback and moaning.

    Im sure nobody will lose sleep over it either way but its not right just to say nothing. 

    That being said if the currecny thing isnt sorted Im off to Macac's house.

    Im just glad I told Dan he was good looking ....cause seemingly Kirsty has done a runner!

    Won my first ever tournament on Sky today , not bad after 8901 games eh?

    Mind you it was a £1 buy in :D.
