Token issue with euro accounts FAO Sky

Attempt 3 please review Sky.

Ok I had raised this before but it appears to got lost.

Not sure if Sky are aware but the premiership promo advises you win a £5.50 token and a £5 bet.

My account is in euro and I was only given a 5.50euro token and a 5 euro bet.

There are no games for 5.50euro so when I bought into a £3.30 game my token was gone. What happens if I bought into a £5.50 game Im not sure but my token wouldnt cover it.

Can Sky do anything about this as its a bit unfair that I and other euro accounts should be winning less than what was promoted, and less than what everyone else is winning. 

I guess this is something that wasnt considered when tokens were being introduced but hopefully Sky can sort it.

    Hi Dan it appears Iwas credited a manual adjustment which must be for the £5.50 token difference. So no refunds due but I just wondering should I contact you everytime this happens or can so automatic fix be put in place, Im easy either way.

    ps Im not bothered about fixing the free bet , 5 euro is fine there...
