Bit of a random bet now, but With Sunderland sacking there manager only 1 name out of the top 4 in the betting sticks out for me. I cant see Allardcye wanting to take any job on yet, he said he wanted an extended break and the fans wont want an ex Newcastle manager. Would Patrick Viera want to have his first job in management to be a relegation battle? i doubt it, and i cant see the fans or board wanting someone with no experience its too big a risk... Sean Dyche was another option, but he is currently at a club where he is loved and Sunderland are going to have to pay a big chunk to take him away from Burnley and I dont think they will do that.... I'm going for Nigel Pearson, however crazy he seems I think he will be eager to prove a point to Leicester after his dismissal, he now has a record of keeping teams up, he built a strong team at Leicester and hes out of work and Sunderland would probably be the biggest team he has managed in terms of size, money available and fan base and at 10/1 im going to be having a bit of that. £30
Nice one mate, alongside Treve i knew that would be the best horse but after the fuss the trainer made about the draw i thought it would be a much bigger factor Posted by jordz16
Got given a tip other day from another player on here for the next race
Yeah sorry I left it late, it had slipped my mind. Hoped you would have seen it in time.
Only remembered myself late on......(cheers to daphne56 for that tip). Didnt get a massive return from it anyway £39, but it almost won for a massive return.
those us soccer games i told u about last night in that free roll both the bets won dallas4-1 btts seattle la galaxy 1-1 robbie kean scored for galaxy anytime goalscorer i finished tenth in that tourney £150:) so a good night salvaged a bad sat
thats what puts me off horse racing!! You back a horse at a good price, (5/2) he gets backed in all morning (2/1) then 5 mins before the race drifts massively (10/3) then finishes plum last and basically pulls up 2 furlongs out. the only way to avoid this is to only back a horse late on but by then there is no value in any of the prices.

I got on at 11/4 , and was a bit worried, because always thought when price drifts its bad news - but have backed some horses recently where its drifted a lil and they won - is that usually the case then?.
If it drifts a couple of points thats never too much of a big deal, but if it drifts really quickly late on then it normally means something is up, this one went 2/1, 9/4, 5/2, 11/4, 3/1, 10/3. in the space of under 10 minutes, so something must have been visibly wrong with the horse which if thats the case yiu have to question why they let it run at all, no one wants to see a 7 furlong race with horses being pulled up just after half way.
2.00 Dacoity 7/2 It has only ran once and that was at 5f on good to soft, in which it was very green but ran on incredibly well in the last furlong, so with this being 6 furlongs on soft ground it should be perfect conditions and as long as it shows the type of improvement you would expect on a 2nd outing it should be there or there abouts. £30
You are having a downswing but I am sure you will turn it around! Fingers crossed for today and I will help you by not putting a penny on any of your selections ) Posted by Brrrrrrr
