What would your profit have been without the satellites? I split out tournament/satellite entries from my DYMs in the same session to give each session a bit more context. Helps my ego a bit if I see that I actually had a winning DYM session even if overall I was down/break-even due to the tournaments.

    Quick question Phil:

What differences have you noticed since coming back?
    Cheers

    Hiya mick.

A couple of changes I can think of is the number of limpers who can't then fold pre regardless of the subsequent action! Nice to play against but also very frustrating lol.
Secondly,  the standard of dyms at the lower limits has defo improved with many more players now savvy to the format of a dym.

Do you play much live around Bournemouth?

Hi Phil, im 1 of the new players here, about a year now.

Mtt player but have recently embarked on a dym marathon in the form of Rlt's dym challange, 1000 games at the £5 level, which is where i have shared a few tables with you.

Not enough to get any meaning full notes, so far they more or less read 'seems solid' : )

Although i have not been on the site long i started well and moved up levels fairly quickly, unfortunately about 3 months ago i had to withdraw my entire roll for 'life roll' and therefore am starting from scratch too so understand what you mean about playing the lower levels again.

Will be watching this thread with interest and wish you all the best.

    Congrats on your bink.

    Regards

    James

Hi James. Thanks for your kind comments.

Are you sure it's me with the notes of 'seems solid'????? Anyone who's played me on cash may beg to differ with that lol.

Life roll is definitely more important than poker roll so I commend you for taking that step as well. It's hard to make that step back down the levels in poker but you defo have the skills to get back up there!

See you on the tables in the RLT challenge :)

Had my first proper grinding day yesterday and sadly suffered from 'positive tilt' after the mini win on Friday. It's a leak I need to focus on where I felt invincible and played too loose in a few spots.  As a result, the bankroll took a hit.

    DYM : Played 11. Won 6.  Profit 30p!!

Tournies: Played 5. No cashes. 3 bounties overall.  Loss £22.18

Sats: Played 5. A bit of money back in 1 but no seats. Loss £4.05

    PROFIT / LOSS FOR SESSION : - £25.93

Time to try and win some back!  Good luck at the tables everyone :)
