This was a hand played 4 from the money in the Sunday Mini. Should I have done something differently?

Cheers

I dont think you can call pre, we just dont have enough to play the streets. Raising is better, but for me folding is best especially four from the money. I know we always go for the win but we want to be making our decisions as easy as possible and I think QJs just gets us in too many tough/marginal spots with our stack.

As played the river decision is a just call. Its a paired board and there are better flushes so cant really think of many worse hands that call that have played there hand this way.

Calling in pos not too bad but only if you are looking for opportunities to steal the pot. And what better flop can you hope for. Raise his cbet and there's a good chance he'll fold. (PS best not to show his actual hand on the thread).

Raise the flop to 12-13000. I think this is enough for him to fold a ten and he's never folding a king anyway so you can get away if he comes over the top.

If you're raising, its to get it in, not to fold.

Bit too simplistic to say a raise on the flop folds out a T imo.

If we raise to 13k and he jams, then we'll end up in a spot where we only have to call 22k to win 51k, so need about 30% equity so we will have to call it off.

I think you played it perfect btw OP.
