Site problems Today

Hi Guys,

we are currently experiencing site problems that may affect your experience at the tables (specifically table loading times/ issues)

the team are aware and currently working to try and resolve these problems as quickly as possible.

if you feel your play in a tournament/ at a table has been affected please contact the customer care team by clicking here. for refunds (where applicable) to be awarded reports must be made through the correct channels - (customer care).

(waiting times may be slightly increased due to traffic but please stay patient)

we appreciate this must be a frustrating time and are extremely apologetic for any inconvenience caused.

    If only i'd known this before i registered for an MTT which refuses to open now!

    Is it just opening them thats the problem? - I just get a blank screen...am I in the same boat as others, chris? - Been tampering with mi comp settings this morn trying to clear memory etc, thought id messed it up completely?

    i'm afraid not. the poker team are looking into it as we speak. one of the team will update this thread when they have more info.

    The cash tables have all crashed i think. My money is still on them but I can't get on the table

    We hope to have new connections avialable again soon - 15 - 20min. Some players may be available to launch a table before this as the problems on the servers are resolved in turn.

    Sorry for this issue - we are working flat out to get this sorted.

    lol it reminds me off school bomb threats, power cuts or extreme weather where we all at to sit in the hall waiting to see if we could go home!

    Loaded my DYM with blinds at 100/200 and only 1,400 stack so became instant shove fest and that's not what I signed up for - without sounding like complete "merchant banker" for wanting refund, has anyone experienced similar problem in the past and been credited their buy in? I'll speak to customer care but thought I'd ask here aswell...

    yes i lost connection a few months ago in a dym contacted the live help and got my entry fee back!!

    Cheers it's all sorted now! If others are wondering, you should be able to get refund even if you managed to play some of the game not just if you missed the whole thing - quite impressed with that! They're unable to do cash games at the moment though so might just have to write that off...

     had a proble with 3 dym games all been refunded ty very much grate service

     these problems happen all the time everywhere and its good to see it is sorted quick ty again

    Had my money refunded so fair play, i wasnt exactly sure how much it should have been but i will take their word for it.

    Makes me a little wary about playing though.

     i take it was a real hand u posted then and it just got messed up  unlucky mate but as long as they gave u what they should have its all good

    Yes it was, found it quite amusing that people thought i had hacked the hand history.
