Playing AK in the mid/late stages of a tournament

Mid stages of the Roller.

Reads on oppo........difficult opponent, he had previously doubled me up blind v blind after he defended with 59s and shoved on the ace high board with his flush draw, my top pair held. Plays his draws very aggro, hard to push off a hand.

However, this is the first time I have been involved in a hand with him after I had 3b. I hadn't been 3betting too often so would expect oppo to be putting me on a strong hand, especially after his utg raise.

How do I proceed on the flop? There is now 13k in the pot and I have 20k left behind. Pretty sure I played this as bad as you can!

3 bet sizing is ok might go a tad bigger as were out of position and theres another caller in the pot aswell.  On the flop i think we should check with the intention of giving up if we face a bet. His range is all over that board and the only hands that are folding are smaller pocket pairs.
