A major flaw depositing

Ive been woking away a lot this last month, So Ive gradually withdrawn my B/r and lost the rest.
Tonight, I decide to deposit and get back on track playing.
I try to deposit through paypal. It fails because I didnt have any money on paypal.
I log into my paypal , stick 100 pounds on , go back to sky , try to put it on , it wont let me, it thinks my 1st failed attempt has been deposited.
I speak to CC, who are helpful as helpful can be but this is the result...
a failed deposit is treated like a deposit by the system
Which means I cant deposit and play tonight
