Also can you tell me is there a cut off date for using them please??

It also seems that you are still forced to use the token via the mobile browser?

If you want to save them up (and I do) you can't play tournaments/SNGs on the phone now

Lost with AA all in after the flop (raised 4 x pre flop and shoved all in size pot bet after the flop) got called by JQ which picked up the gut shot on the flop and it got there on the river

...........end of warning...............

Not sure what I used my token on but I know it asked me once and I said no. wanted to save it up and same with last weeks too

I think the tokens expire after 1 week

Had mine credited as cash balance via live chat.

They do make it clear it is a goodwill gesture so not guaranteed.

To work as intended (when the 2.30 token was introduced for rewards) we need to able to save these up and use them when we want - e.g. for a higher roll entry than we would normally play.

1. The default should be no as it is so easy to click confirm
2. The mobile interface needs to have the same protection as the desktop version.
3. The expiry date should be clear and ideally a long period (I think 3 months was proposed in the rewards discussion thread)

I'm going on a 3 month cruise next year, so it needs to be longer than this. I'd hate to have to cancel it, or worse, board the ship knowing my £2.30 token is going down the toilet.
