not a enough support

 can any one tell me how to claim my money back for a 55 headsup tourney which i could not play because of sky tech problems surely the whole site should have been closed down till it was sorted rather than keep takin peoples money this has to be a form of stealing yes

    Suggest you try live chat first - click on help & support link at the top of page.

    I would recommend a more polite approach than this post though.

    I had a query tonight and used live chat, it was a bit different to the one I am used to, but I got straight through and my query was resolved quickly. Maybe you could e-mail them if you cant get through via live support or on the phone?

    Try CS they are actually quite good here compared to most sites. It was not always that way clearly they have worked at improving it and have had some success in that area.
