Yup tried that. When I click "Submit Request" to go to the chat window, I just get two empty pop-ups. They are blank except for the word "Done" at the bottom.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried that number... I get the same recorded message saying they are experiencing "system problems".

Ironically I'm phoning from a Sky phone line and still can't get through!

Hi - not sure why you cant get through.

The service is running fine and we're actively dealing with customers all the time.

Sky - yes I already looked at the list of contact options.

As I said, neither Live Chat nor the phone line work for me.

So that leaves email and snail mail.

Call me pessimistic, but I'm not hopeful about getting assistance in time to register for tonight's UKOPS event if I write to 2 Wellington Place, Leeds...!

I sent an email at 3pm today - no response yet. Any chance you can nudge somebody to phone me on the number on my account (pretty please)?
