40k HU Battle

The final 2 are HU on the 40k table as I type, after an epic battle it has come down to GagginsK and lolufold.

Both have played a blinder to get to this stage of the competition and must be extremely tired at this time in the morning. Lolufold is battling to say in the competition with under a million chips with Gagginsk in the lead with over 4 million. Good luck to them both.

    As quick as a flip, lolufold had a couple of good hands, both trip j's for a du and is now chip leader

    Massive congrats mate. When you have AJ on KJJhhc 10c 6d river, was what finished me. I thought you would bet all Jx which weren't full houses on the turn as there was 2 flush draws. I didn't think It was likely you had KJ as I had a K and you bet flop. J10 was literally the only possibility as I thought Jx no boat bets to protect, as do straight draws....etc I even had a 6 blocker to 6s fill with my K6 :P I bet the river to induce, fortunately for you, you had it! Well played mate. GG!

    Hey everyone

    Wow! Cant believe tonight! Still hasnt sunk in yet. Means a lot to win such a great event.

    Thanks Gagg. I thought you played superb throughout. Was a really good HU match. Was definitely grateful to pick up some hands vs a very tough opponent. Very well played mate.

    Good game as well to everyone who made it far. It was a strong final table and for a lot of the time it seemed like anyone could win it. 

    And of course, thanks for all the support on the rail too. Always mean a lot to have encouraging words and good vibes.
