SitnGos not starting

Why are the sitngos filling and then not starting? This happened a few times last week. Only an hour left to earn double points but unable to as we are just sitting here waiting.

    I've sent this up to the office for comment, & they should respond shortly-ish.

    Plenty of SNG's ARE running, though I'm not doubting what you are saying.

    There seems to be a 10-15 minute delay after they fill up before they start.

    Hi Guys,

    I am looking into this. Please bare with us whilst we work on the issue.

    As a consequence we will extend the double points until 3pm this afternoon. Apologies for the issues.
