Maybe somebody have same problem before and solve this. I cant login to software, i only see window with message : Loading CM menu...
I make it:
reinstall software from IE and firefox
reinstall adobe air
reinstall adobe flash player
run with administrator
On laptop soft work normal.

Didnt have Adobe as McAfee warned of possible severe problems with it,was told I couldn't download without Adobe,so agve up on it.The old set up works fine,but with one or two functions not available.

Was another problem. I solve this now. I find adobe air programmer/soft developer. His solve this form me in around 5 min. I have paid him but Sky give me info this take up to 10 days for Sky tech. dep. I cant wating/losing time.
