No plans for an Android only Winter Giveaway, no, but I daresay an Android App will arrive in due course.
It seems strange to have an Ipad as the prize for a competition where most of the players are going to be playing on an Ipad already.
An astute observation as befits one of Cornwall's finest.
However, maybe those much derided Suits up at Sky Poker think it might just help those who have yet to download the App to maybe give it a try?
It's quite interesting, on a wider note, to see all the various ideas that players put forward, but it's striking how few mention Mobile. Nothing - & it's not even close - has been as important to Sky Poker as Mobile, it has been a complete game-changer, & is why business continues to show Y-o-Y growth in a flat or declining market.
PS - An amazing DYM from you a few days ago when you were down to 185 chips in Level One. What a game that was.
In surprise news, "mobile", "app", "android" et al are all a bit above my understanding. I'm pretty good with Teletext though.
Fingers crossed, Sky Poker are currently considering buying a whole new bunch of Merchandise, some of which can be used for Promos, Forum Competitions & the like.

Have reloaded the app several times and still no joy.

The services provided from our end haven't initially had any issues with being provided, so this may mean that the device itself is not working as it should with the Poker tables.
To resolve this, i would advise deleting the temporary internet files on the device (Go to Settings>Safari> Delete temporary files and data). As well as that, it may be worth checking if your iPad is up to date with the software via the settings too.
Checking both of these will help the device run faster anyway, regardless. However it should also resolve the problems that you experienced too. If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us.Kind Regards,Craig BCustomer Care Team
